Maycee Barber made her UFC debut against Hannah Cifers at UFC Fight Night: Korean Zombie vs. Rodriguez. Barber defeated Cifers with a ground-and-pound attack in the second. Barber changed her weight class to Flyweight in preparation for UFC Fight Night Thompson Vs. Pettis, where she took on JJ Alldrich. Barber continued to dominate the UFC through a TKO victory over Aldrich during round 2. The fight was then followed by her KO of Gillian Robertson during UFC: Reyes against Weidman on ESPN. Roxanne Modafferi ended Barber's three-fight UFC victory streak during the next match at UFC 246. Roxanne took the win via unanimous decision. Roxanne was dominant and dominated Barber. Maycee lost to AlexaGrasso by an unanimous decision. Barber won her next fight in the ring against Miranda Maverick at UFC on ESPN: Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw via split decision. In UFC Fight Night 205 on April 23, 2022, Barber fought against Montana De La Rosa and was victorious via an unanimous decision. Barber replaced Casey O'Neill on the UFC 276 card and faced Jessica Eye. It was a unanimous victory for Barber. This was the final fight of Barber's deal with UFC. She resigned in the following year. Barber won her most recent bout against Andrea Lee on 25th March 2023 in UFC Fight Night: Vera against. Sandhagen in an undisputed split decision.
